Current Projects....

1. The Paddocks upon completion will consist of nearly one million square feet of commercial and mixed use space. Lowe’s and Wal-Mart are two of the main anchors and should be completed in the first quarter of 2009. This photograph shows construction progress as of 8-19-08.

2. Fountain Plaza will soon start on Lebanon Road as a continuation of the Mt. Juliet Commons Development. This mixed use development will consist of 36,000 square feet of mixed use space and will have a 24,000 square foot class-A office building. This project will start very soon. 3. Providence Commons will be a 200,000 square foot retail and mixed use development that will have as its main tenant a Publix Supermarket. The ground breaking is set for 10-01-08. The rendering shows the location of Providence Commons and the businesses that surround it.

4. Providence Marketplace is a 850,000 square foot development that is 98% filled. There are only a few shop spaces and one out parcel left. One outparcel currently under construction is Red Lobster. The new eatery should be ready in about 100 days from 9-24-08. There are many other exciting businesses locating to the Providence Area.
